Description
Pre-made firefly Luciferase (luc) Lentiviral particles expressing luciferase II gene under an re-engineered the CAG promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Blasticidin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
