Description
Firefly Luciferase (luc) Lentivirus express luciferase II gene under the enhanced EF1a promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed at high level. A Neomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells for long-term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
