Description
Lentivirus express luciferase II gene under an re-engineered EF1a promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Puromycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
