Description
Pre-made Renilla luciferase (R-Luc) lentiviral particles expressing Renilla gene under an enhanced EF1a promoter which is less likely been silenced during long time cell culture. Renilla Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Blasticidin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression. Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
