Description
Pre-made GFP lentivial particles expressing codon optimized GFP under suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin selection marker under RSV promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See product manual (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated via our proprietary procedures, and re-suspended in PBS buffer for ultra high titer virus, suitable for all types of in vivo applications.
Amount: 1 x 10e9 IFU/ml x 50 ul in PBS.
