Description
Lentivirus co-expresses codon-optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) and Puromycin selection gene under the same suCMV promoter, mediate via F2A element. It is best suitable for in vivo application. See Product Manual (.pdf).
This is the concentrated lentivirus, and re-suspended in PBS buffer for the Ultra-high-titer lentivirus, suitable for all types in vivo applications.
Amount: 1 x 10^9 IFU/ml x 50 ul in PBS.
