Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: MMP9 (alternative name: CLG4B; GELB; MANDP2; MMP-9), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004994.2.
The target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter (Note: The inducible expression is an optinal feature. It can also used as regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
