Description
Lentivirus express human target: NELL1 (alternative name: IDH3GL, NRP1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_006157.3.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: The lentivirus can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the lentivirus’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
