Description
Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: PAX4 (alternative name: KPD, MODY9). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_006193.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
