Description
Pre-made optional inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: PTGES (alternative name: MGST-IV, MGST1-L1, MGST1L1, MPGES, PGES, PIG12, PP102, PP1294, TP53I12, mPGES-1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004878.4. Particles also contains a RFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in serum-free solution containing no any human or animal origin components. See product manual for details (.pdf).
