Description
Lentivirus express human target: RanBP1 (alternative name: HTF9A), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_002882.2.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (Note: it can also be used as a regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A Blasticidin–RFP fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
