Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses human target: RhoA (alternative name: ARH12, ARHA, RHO12, RHOH12). It’s coding sequence 100% match to the CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001664
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without need for any induction, but optionally can be used for tetracycline inducible expression). A RFP–Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
