Description
Lentivirus express human target: Stat3 (alternative name: APRF; HIES), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_003150.4. (variant 2)
The target is natively expressed under a TetCMV promoter (Note: It has the optional inducible expression feature. It can be used as a regular constitutive high expression without need any induction). A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker , allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
