Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: STK17B (alternative name: DRAK2), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004226.3.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker, under RSV promoter, allows to sort or to select the transduced cells for long-term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
