Description
Pre-made inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: TBX5 (alternative name: HOS), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000192.3.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter (Note: The inducible expression is an optinal feature. It can also used as regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
