Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses human target: TP53 (alternative name: FLJ92943, LFS1, TRP53, p53), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000546.
TP53 is natively expressed under optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV). A RFP fluorescent and Blasticidin fusion marker under the separate RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance and RFP is constantly expressed. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
