Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Human Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (hTERT, NM_198253.2), under enhanced EF1a promoter. This product does not contain any antibiotic selection marker.
hTERT is widely used for cell immortalization, used alone, or together with other cell immortalization factors, like SV40 large T-antigen. See Product Manual (.pdf).
