Description
Pre-made Luciferase (luc) Lentiviral particles expressing firefly luciferase 3 gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed at high level without any induction, or optionally, also can be used as tetracycline-inducible expression as desired when the TetR repress is present. A Neomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells for long-term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
