Description
Pre-made Luciferase (luc) Lentivirus express firefly luciferase 3 gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction, or optionally, also can be used as tetracycline-inducible expression as desired when the TetR repress is present. A Blasticidin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells for long-term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (concentrated Lentivirus provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60 ug/ml)
