Description
Pre-made Renilla Luciferase (R-luc) lentiviral particles expressing R-Luc gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. It contains a GFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, which allows to sort or select transduced cells via GFP signal or via blasticidin selection (Dual selection). GFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See product manual for details (.pdf).
