Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express the enhanced RFP fluorescent and Puromycin selection under the same suCMV promoter. It is best used for In Vivo application and stable cell line generation in hard-to-transduced cell types. See product manual (.pdf).
Lentivirus was concentrated via our proprietary procedures and re-suspended in PBS buffer for ultra high titer virus.
Amount: 1 x 10^9 IFU/ml x 50 ul in PBS.
