Pre-made inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target, telomerase reverse transcriptase: TERT (alternative name: EST2, TCS1, TP2, TRT, hEST2), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_198253.2.
The human TERT gene is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present. [Note: We also provide the consitutive EF1a promoter driven human TERT expression lentivirus with GFP-Puromycin selection marker. Please specify it if you need it under EF1a promoter.]
A GFP–Puromycin fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or Puromycin resistance selection of transduced cells.
