The target is expressed with N-terminal FLAG tag under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression or inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A Blasticidin–RFP fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
