Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: VEGFA (alternative name: VPF; VEGF; MVCD1; MGC70609), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001171626.1.
The target is expressed under an Optional-inducible CMV promoter (Note: The inducible expression is an optional feature. It can used as regular constitutive high expression without need induction). A GFP_Puromycin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
