Description
Premade negative control shRNA expression particles under human U6 promoter. Negative shRNA controls containing a insert that designed has no homogous to any human or mouse transcripts (should not target any known human or mouse genes). These controls serve as a useful reference for interpretation of knockdown results.
Particles contains a RFP-Puromycin dual selection marker. RFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus tranduction under microscope, and the transuced cells can be sorted / selected via either flourescent signal or Puromycin.
