Description
Lentivirus expresses the codon optimized, Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) under the optional inducible TetCMV promoter. A Puromycin selection under the constitutive RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells via Puromycin antibiotic. The following scheme showed its expression cassette structure:
RFP is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction. But optionally, RFP can be used as Tetracycline inducible expression in the presence of TetR protein (repressor). Please see Product Manual for details.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS (premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60 ug/ml)
