Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles expressing SV40 large T-antigen gene under suCMV promoter, containing a Blasticidin (Bsd) resistant gene under RSV promoter, which allows to select by Blasticidin antibiotic the transduced cells for long term expression.
SV40 large T-antigen can be used for cell immortalization. It was natively expressed without any tags. See Product Manual (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution)
