Pre-made lentiviral particles having two reports, the Firefly Luciferase and GFP, bicistronically co-expressed under the same heat inducible Hsp70 promoter. Amount: 200ul /per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 10x polybrene.
