Pre-made lentiviral particles having the Firefly luciferase (FLuc) reporter under heat inducible Hsp70 promoter. This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: >200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
