Pre-made lentiviral particles having the Renilla luciferase (RLuc) reporter under heat inducible Hsp70 promoter. This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under RSV promoter. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: >200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
