Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles having the RFP reporter under heat inducible Hsp70 promoter. This lentivirus also contain a consitutively expressed second fluorescent marker, the GFP under RSV promoter which serves for selection (via fluorescent sorting), virus transduction efficiency check and internal normalization control. Amount: >200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
