Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under a native human B2 (CD79b) promoter for expressing in B-Cell.
This lentivirus also contain a fluorescent, RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
