Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 reporter under a native human CD14 promoter for expressing in Monocytes and Macrophage.
This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
