Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 reporter under a native human FLT1 promoter for expressing in Endothelial Cells.
This lentivirus also contain the Blasticidcin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
