Pre-made lentivirus express RFP fluorescent reporter under a native human ICAM2 promoter for expressing in Endothelial Cell and Megakaryocytes.
This lentivirus also contain the Puromycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
