Pre-made lentivirus express RFP fluorescent reporter under a native human CCKAR promoter for selective expression in Pancreatic Cancer Cells.
This lentivirus also contain the Puromycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
