Description
Transformed from human lung cancer cell line, A549 by lentiviral system, this cell line express the firefly luciferase gene under modified CMV promoter. The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell line demonstrates high level of bioluminescence signal via firefly luciferase assay. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
