Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase reporter under a native GATA2 promoter for expressing in hematopoietic stem cell, and also in nonhematopoietic embryonic stem cells.
This lentivirus also contain a fluorescent selection marker RFP under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
