Description
Transformed from suspension human Jurkat T cell line ( originated from a human peripheral blood of with T cell leukemia) by lentivirus, expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the native promoter of human Survivin gene (which is is over-expressed in most common human cancers). Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker.
The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
Each cell showed GFP fluorescent signal.
