Pre-made lentivirus express RFP fluorescent reporter under a native human Nephrin’s promoter for selective expression in Kidney podocyte / glomerular Cells.
This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
