Description
Transformed from MCF7 cell line ( a human breast cancer cell line, an epithelial cancer cell line derived from breast adenocarcinoma. ) by lentivirus expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive enhanced EF1a promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker.
The following expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome. Every cell demonstrated strong GFP fluorescent signal.
