Description
This Pre-made lentivirus expresses human target: NFE2L2 (nuclear factor, erythroid 2 like 2). (alternative name: HEBP1; NRF2). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID:NM_001313904.1
The full sequence-verified target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction), or optionally used for inducible expression by tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present (Premade TetR lentivirus can be purchased separately if you need the inducible expression).
The lentivirus contains a GFP-Puromycin fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter which allows fluorescence sorting or Puromycin killing selection of transduced cells.
