Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase (RLuc) reporter under a native human GFAP promoter for expressing in Astrocytes in the central nervous system CNS.
This lentivirus also contain the Blasticidin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
