Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Human Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (hTERT, NM_198253), under suCMV promoter. A GFP-Puromyucin resistant gene was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Puromycin antibiotic, or cell sorting by GFP fluorescent signal.
hTERT is widely used for cell immortalization, used alone, or together with other cell immortalization factors, like SV40 large T-antigen. See Product Manual (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (premixed with 10x polybrene, 60ug/ml).
