Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human homeobox A9, HOXA9 gene (NM_152739.3), under enhanced EF1a promoter. It is used to immortalize various hematopoietic cells. A RFP-Blasticidin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
