Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human cyclin dependent kinase 4, CDK4 gene (NM_000075.), under enhanced EF1a promoter. It is used to immortalize human bronchial cells and myogenic cells. A RFP-Blasticidin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
