Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) nuclear antigen 2 gene, EBNA2 (AB850654.1), under enhanced EF1a promoter. A GFP–Puromycin Fusion dual marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select the transduced cell via Puromycin antibiotic or via cell sorting by GFP fluorescent signal.

Amount: This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/per vial at 1 x 108 IFU/ml, best used for serum free cell culture, hard-to-infected cell types, or In Vivo application.
