Description
Lentivirus constitutively expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under a ACTB (human Actin Beta) promoter. A Puromycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells by antibiotic killing. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus in PBS, best for serum free cell culture and for the hard-to-infect cell types.
