Description
Lentivirus expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under en enhanced CAG promoter. A GFP–Blasticidin fusion dual marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells by antibiotic killing, or fluorescent sorting. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus in PBS, best for serum free cell culture and for the hard-to-infect cell types.
