Description
Lentivirus express the firefly luciferase 3 gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction, or optionally, also can be used as tetracycline-inducible expression as desired when the TetR repressor is present. It carries the Zeocin selection marker under RSV promoter, for the selection of the transduced cells for long-term expression. This is the concentrated lentivirus with higher titer.
